Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Education or a related field; Masters degree preferred
• Preferable from Western countries (South African American Australian UK etc.); open also for Asians with international experiences
• 57 years of experience working in the education sector involving academic operations or management roles
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

• Layer 1: Meet Director of HR & Administration; Director of Operations SIS Managing Director
• Layer 2: Meet SIS Founder & Chairman
• Layer 3: Meet SIS Partner / Board Representative

Job Description Summary:

As the Business Development & Operations Head at SIS you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and operational excellence of our organization. Reporting directly to the SIS Managing Director and ultimately to the SIS Founder and Chairman you will lead strategic initiatives to expand our presence in the education sector while ensuring the seamless execution of academic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Identify and pursue growth opportunities in the education sector including but not limited to strategic partnerships market expansion and new business ventures.
2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve organizational objectives and drive sustainable growth.
3. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including educational institutions government agencies industry partners and community organizations.
4. Operational Excellence: Oversee academic operations to ensure the delivery of highquality educational programs and services meeting the needs of students faculty and staff.
5. Financial Management: Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to develop and manage budgets monitor financial performance and optimize resource allocation.
6. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of professionals providing guidance support and mentorship to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
7. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
8. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies identifying and mitigating risks to protect the interests of the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business Education or a related field; Masters degree preferred
• 57 years of experience working in the education sector involving academic operations or management roles
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Proven track record of driving business growth and managing complex projects
• Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance optimization
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
