- Identify new business opportunities and markets for growth
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve targets
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management on business development activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development or related field
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
