  1. Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets through conversion and client acquisition.
  2. Engage with clients through calls demos providing them with a compelling experience over calls
  3. Drive revenue by identifying upselling and crossselling opportunities and own the complete sales cycle.
  4. Build and nurture strong client relationships by conducting Career Counselling to prospective leads providing solutions and demonstrate how the product/service addresses their challenge.
  5. Stay informed about market trends by attending sales meetings to adapt sales strategies for optimal performance and market relevance.
