Job Title: Marketing Coordinator/Business Development Executive
Location: Kolkata Salt Lake City
Job Type: Fulltime
Responsibilities:
  • Forge Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture strategic relationships with clients to foster longterm partnerships.
  • Client Engagement: Manage a portfolio of prospective clients serving as the primary point of contact for new inquiries and proficiently articulate software service offerings.
  • Needs Assessment: Demonstrate a keen curiosity and proactive approach to understanding the unique needs and challenges of potential clients. Utilize strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills to effectively address client requirements.
  • Tele Sales: Conduct sales activities primarily through telecommunication channels ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
  • Dynamic and Resourceful: Candidates should possess a proactive and resourceful mindset able to adapt to dynamic market conditions and client needs.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi and English (average proficiency) is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet sales targets in a fastpaced environment.
  • Education: Minimum qualification of a graduate degree.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a relevant sales or business development role is preferred.
Additional Information:
  • Location: This position is based in Kolkata Salt Lake City.
  • Salary: Compensation will be commensurate with candidate experience with a base salary of up to 22k per month plus unlimited incentives.
  • Note: This is not a field sales role; it primarily involves telesales activities.
