Overview:

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the organization by identifying new business opportunities building and nurturing relationships with potential clients and fostering partnerships to enhance the companys market presence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders
  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
  • Attend industry events to expand network and promote the companys services
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met
  • Analyze and report on competitor activity and market trends
  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to expand the companys market presence
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates on business development progress to senior management
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage business development activities
  • Travel to meet clients and attend business meetings as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters/Experienced Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in business development sales or related roles
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
  • Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Strategic planning and analytical skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events
  • Understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
