Job description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive for our Lead Qualification team who can be responsible for generating leads through outbound calls and can track maintain and update leads for Betterhalf.

Roles & responsibilities:
  • Calling existing and potential clients to understand their requirements and explain our offerings.
  • Accurately recording details of client s needs & requirements.
  • Generating promising leads and potential leads.
  • Managing client accounts by ensuring that existing clients remain satisfied with company services.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to client rejections.
  • Developing indepth knowledge of company products and services to make suitable recommendations to clients based on their needs and preferences.
  • Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
