Overview:

The Business Development role at 30480 is a crucial position within our organization responsible for driving sales and revenue growth. This individual will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing growth strategies focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Cold calling networking and attending events to generate leads
  • Negotiating and closing business deals
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure the success of business development efforts
  • Creating and delivering sales presentations to potential clients
  • Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Staying uptodate with industry trends and competitors
  • Preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to lawestablished rules and guidelines
  • Providing trustworthy feedback and aftersales support
  • Attending conferences meetings and industry events
  • Reporting on sales metrics and forecasting future sales
  • Acting as a brand ambassador maintaining a positive image of the organization at all times

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or relevant field
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Understanding of market research and analysis
  • Selfmotivated and driven to succeed
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Experience in contract negotiation and management
  • Ability to thrive in a targetdriven environment
