Business Analyst

Role: Business Analyst with Digital Mobile Experience

Location: McKinney TX (Onsite)

Rate: $65/hr on C2C

The Business Analyst role will serve as a pivotal contributor within our organization responsible for supporting multiple crossfunctional Agile teams. This role will closely collaborate with Product Managers providing assistance in various aspects of Agile product strategy and execution activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct endtoend SDLC requirements management including gathering definition and clarification. Document epics and user stories for features and enhancements ensuring tasks and subtasks are created and tracked by respective technology team members regularly.

• Perform market and feature research to assist in shaping product roadmaps and priorities.

• Review scope requirements use case/user scenario test case documents and design specifications in partnership with Product Managers UX Architecture Development and QA.

• Monitor epics and stories completion to project timelines identify risks and dependencies and escalate to Product Managers for timely resolution.

• Conduct feature testing before release review results with Product Managers and Scrum teams and drive next steps.

• Assist in release management coordination across teams including approvals release notes and internal communication.

• Track featurerelated metrics and provide regular reporting on crucial features.

• Assist in portfolio budget tracking and reporting.

• Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams comprising both business roles and technical development throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Combine strong business acumen with technical problemsolving skills and agile execution.

• Collaborate with IT on development testing & implementation plans as well as internal communications & deployment plans.

• Proactively identify issues and collaborate with internal partners to understand options and execute solutions.

• Follow internal Agile guidelines and bring additional best practices as appropriate.

• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree.

• 9 years of experience working in an Agile development environment in a business or technofunctional role including the use of agile tools such as JIRA Confluence and analytical tools AB testing tools etc.

• 5 years of experience in Digital domains especially in Mobile AI and Data.

• Exposure to Product management including ideation to execution and launch to maintenance.

• Strong business and analytical mindset.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
