Job Description
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:Play a critical role in gathering and reviewing business requirements and collaborating with product vendor to drive alignment with key engineering stakeholders and architects on solution development Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to quickly comprehend and translate business asks into requirements for technical teams and architects and provide clarifications Exhibit deep understanding of business and technical aspects surrounding OSS processes Engage with product vendor for sprint demos to validate the requirements are built as desired Document and maintain comprehensive business requirements artifacts and closely track development of requirements Liaise with key business stakeholders development and testing teams to facilitate joint triage discussions and identify test scenarios for UAT testing and assist in testing
Prior experience: Familiar with Telecom Fiber sector Worked in a multivendor environment Handson experience in authoring requirements (User stories) Sound knowledge of OSS COTS platforms (preferably Netcracker or any other system like Oracle Amdocs)
