BUSINESS ANALYST

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operational reports:
  • Frequently review current processes identify pain points and collaborate with relevant teams to find solutions for improvement.
  • Analyze requirements from functional teams coordinate with related teams to provide solutions and develop reports as needed.
  • Lead discussions on solutions and oversee report changes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and strict data processing by working with internal members and related teams.
  • Lead SIT UAT and training sessions.
• System controller & Administration (ERP SAP CRM SFDC ISCN eInvoice VBA Programs):
  • Validate new account master data created in ERP SAP & CRM SFDC by end users.
  • Manage Active Inactive customers in SFDC as per approved processes.
  • Handle incidents and new business requests for ISCN and eInvoice.
• Other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Educational Qualifications:
   • Bachelors degree in business with experience in system/database administration.
   • Bachelors degree in IT database administration.
   • Proficiency in spoken written and reading English.
2. Relevant Experience:
   • 23 years of experience in CRM or SAP O2C business analysis.
   • Experience in Sales & Marketing departments is advantageous.
3. Leadership Competencies:
   • Customeroriented with a focus on delivering results.
   • Proactive and driven with strong communication and negotiation skills.
   • Proficient in automation tactics.
   • Selfstarter detailoriented and creative problem solver.
