Work closely with Information Technology Development Team Leader to identify priorities and prepare work plan and action plans that are congruent with PAJ objectives.
.
Manage and supervise their Information Technology (IT) team members in line with PAJ policy and procedures effectively.
.
Review counterpart system design documents, logical frameworks, monitoring and evaluation plans, and baseline reports.
.
Communicate regularly with IT Development Team Leader and other PAJ staff to update on activity progress.
.
Meet with counterpart project managers and partners to gain deeper understanding of project components.
