- Conduct discovery and consulting sessions with customers to determine the “As-Is” and “To-Be” states of their systems and document the business requirements.
- Using the gathered information, analyze the options, alternatives, and system capabilities to best map our system functionality to meet the customer’s business requirements.
- Document and validate the proposed technical solutions meet the customer's business and functional requirements.
- Perform functional training and transfer knowledge to customer's team and project personnel.
- This is a customer facing position and you may be required to work at customer site for prolonged periods or permanently. You must be able to travel minimum 25% - 75% of the time as required, without restriction.
