- Assisting BTL manager in planning evaluating & execution of events & activation
- Effectively executing with Business Heads in developing regionspecific plans for BTL & Events deliveries on a monthly quarterly and annual timelines.
- Introduce and deliver best practices and innovation across a structured events framework for all Market Activations offering high prospect leads increasing quality and reducing cost.
- Adhering to timelines for delivery of creative to business and all other teams
- Online / offline research and getting new ideas for activation
- Supporting the execution of all internal collateral required by crossfunctional teams
- Keeping a track on competitor BTL activities Events Activation tieups etc
- Coordinating with regional teams for city specific marketing activities.
- Run local level campaigns to drive regional level targets..
- Develop manage and distribute promotional marketing materials.
- To increase Brand Visibility and Top of Mind Awareness and Recall for the Brand.
YOU WILL BRING IN
- Require a minimum of 4 years of BTL & Events related experience holding a Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Marketing / Business Administration.
- Extensive executive experience managing Market Activation Agencies Vendors / Event.
- Solid interpersonal and collaboration skills meeting and executing critical deadlines and ability to deal with stress and ambiguity.
- Good understanding of regional markets across India with their challenges and opportunities.
