7 Years experience in an Agile Business Analyst capacity working on largescale Enterprise wide Digital or Data Transformation engagements
Confident challenging assumptions and requests; can present business redesign proposals and specify MVP solutions
Ability to translate the vision into prioritized deliverable goals/stories
Active leadership and cofacilitation of Standups Retrospectives Showcases Planning sessions Iteration planning and kickoff and Story kickoff ongoing deskchecks and story sign off
Those who can develop and manage Scrum sprint backlogs (Epics Stories etc.).
Commercial experience developing prototypes to test out ideas then iterates them based on user feedback
Solid experience working in an Agile team to agree and develop system/product designs based on user requirements
Can break down epics into manageable user stories including testable conditions of acceptance
Ability to create and sustain effective stakeholder relationships across all levels
Resilient and proactive with a strong delivery focus
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Corp Comm Team Member you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to enhance our companys reputation. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create engaging content for internal and external communications. Additionally you will monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of our strategies.
KEY REPONSIBILITIES
As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sr. Business Analyst you will be part of a Cognizant team that is focused on the delivery and implementation of Microsoft CRM / XRM solutions for Cognizants clients. You will spend a majority of your time consulting directly with our clients and developing line of business solutions. You will also have the opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft technologies and solutions in enterpriselevel environments.
You will perform activities such as:
Elicit detailed functional / business requirements from users and sponsors.
Create and communicate detailed requirements solution proposals business process designs (BPD) and business system designs (BSD) that meet the business needs
Work on a large Dynamics CRM D365 project and transition into roles with increasing responsibility on the growing CRM team.
Work with developers to understand the designs and validate that the software solution will satisfy the business needs.
Conduct functional testing of implemented applications and provide the initial support of these applications when moved to production.
Create and deliver documentation as necessary to ensure proper use of changed and newly implemented processes. Make software configuration changes to support business processes.
Assist CRM Project Manager in status reporting and project milestone tracking.
Assist in coordinating project activities and deliverables across other team members.
Effectively plan and conduct transition activities of newly implemented functionality to appropriate teams
