Role Overview:As a GermanSpeaking Content Moderator you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our online platforms by reviewing and moderating usergenerated content. This position presents a unique opportunity to work within a multicultural team utilizing your language proficiency and cultural sensitivity to enhance the online experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate usergenerated content in German across diverse digital platforms including social media forums and messaging apps.
• Apply established guidelines and policies to assess content taking appropriate action to remove or escalate violations.
• Collaborate crossfunctionally to address complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to users fostering a positive and inclusive online community.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in content moderation to continuously enhance our processes.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in German at the B1 level or higher with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English enabling effective communication with international colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• Empathetic and culturally aware with a keen understanding of diverse perspectives.
• Prior experience in content moderation or customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A bachelors degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
