We are recruiting qualified Automotive Glass Technicians in Victoria BC. Reliable and certified Techs will integrate into an established team while providing quality repairs and restore services to damaged motor vehicle body parts.
COMPENSATION
- $28 $30 per hour (flat rate) production bonuses
- Bonus Tiers: Extra compensation for exceeding the semimonthly threshold of billed time: (110 134 hours) (135 160 hours) (161 hours)
- Benefits available after three months and include:

- Eye care insurance
SCHEDULE
Day shift; Monday to Friday
Automotive Glass Technicians that excel in this role should have experience with Auto Body and Vehicle Maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise windshield installations and repairs
- Assess and diagnose automotive glass damage
- Perform precision cutting for various vehicle models
- Adhere strictly to safety standards during work
- Provide excellent customer service and address concerns
- Maintain accurate records of work and customer interactions
- Conduct quality checks to ensure industry standards
- Inspect and maintain tools and equipment regularly
Requirements:
- Technical expertise in automotive glass repair
- Relevant certifications as an Automotive Glass Technician
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work
- Problemsolving skills for varied repair situations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
