Automation Engineer

Location: Stockholm (FullTime)

As an Automation Engineer you will work closely with our team of experienced consultants to support the delivery of Roboyos solutions for our clients.

To be successful in this role you should have an understanding of business processes and how they work and be able to apply that knowledge to drive tangible outcomes. You should have strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think creatively and critically.

Automation Engineers are focused on developing intelligent Automation solutions e.g. RPA IDP Test Automation BPM (especially workflow and/or process orchestration) and Conv. AI. Experience in software development (Java Python as well as VB.NET)

Within this role your responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Analysis of business problems development of technical solutions and support of the project life cycle
  
• Testing and documentation of application development phases
  
• Optimization and testing of software design code and reusability of our automation artifacts
  
• Preparation of process development documents (PDDs) and postprocessing
  
• Support in identifying individual processes that can be automated
  
• Development of automation solutions for customers
  
• Ensuring and maintaining regular customer contact
  
• Weekly update meetings on the status of the technical implementation of the automation(s)
  
• Apply and further develop best practices
  
• Communicate and manage IT requirements with the customers IT service department
  

Requirements

Experience and skills you ll need to do what you love at Roboyo:

University or equivalent degree (B.S. or M.S.) in Computer Science Business & Information Systems Engineering or related technical field

Experience in programming IT solutions preferably with .NET C# VBA or Java

Experience with automation technologies (RPA/BluePrism/ Automation Anywhere/ UiPath/ Druid/ Conversational AI etc.) of great advantage

Good communication skills and social competence for strong customer relationships

Understanding of customer processes experience in process consulting advantageous

Previous experience of BPM/Low code platforms (desirable)

Fluent in English and Swedish additional language skills advantageous

Willingness and ability to travel
