BoardClic puts the G in ESG with datadriven cost and timeefficient tools to track effectiveness and alignment in Boards of Directors and Executive teams. Smart usercentric evaluations based on decades of experience and behavioural science bring transparency and simplicity into the space of sound corporate governance.

We arelooking for international expansion in highly regulated sectors and countries from a corporate governance point of view. The geographical focus of the project will be global.

Role and responsibilities

As a Senior Software Developer you will play a pivotal role in leading and enhancing our development initiatives.

This role demands a strong technical personality who have a desire to mentor others spearhead complex project drive innovation and help maintain high standards for code quality and system reliability.

Daytoday work includes concepts like TDD pair programming code reviews quality improvements implementing new and making sure already developed features keeps delivering a great experience to our users.

Our cuttingedge platform is built on top of Elixir and Phoenix (were using libraries/tooling like Oban Tailwind Phoenix LiveView Ecto) where we put large efforts into code quality and tooling to assist it (dialyzer credo sobelow).

You strive for improvement and enjoy seeing products come to life. Your curiosity makes you want to dig deeper where a satisfying answer is the only cure to your thirst.

Since many of our processes are based on text we expect you to be a good communicator and writer. You dont an awardwinning novelist but someone who can express themselves well enough to explain a somewhat complex matter in a way a 5yearold could comprehend.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience within a team of developers
• At least 1 year of experience with Elixir
• Consider yourself to be able to handle a full stackapproach of development
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational database
• Strong knowledge of git and processes around GitHub (PR workflows)
• An advocator for TDD
• Based in European Union
