We are looking for a Data Engineer who is selfsufficient and proficient in talking to various stakeholders to understand business requirements. You are confident in creating robust data pipelines and to convert POCs and concepts into production environments. You are keen to learn new things and understanding the existing organization and IT landscape to make sure that what you build attracts user adoption.
Your typical day at work will be filled with the following activities:
Build complex data pipelines in Azure Databricks
Optimize existing data pipelines
Work closely IT and business stakeholders to enable new insights to drive business value
Design proofofconcepts & industrialize solutions in Power BI
Keep the data secure across the endtoend solutions
Evaluate and improve existing data analytics solutions
Develop your competences learn new tools and ways of working
This is you:
Experienced data engineer with 5 years of experience and relevant education background
You are comfortable in building data pipelines using Azure services and related technologies such as Data Factory Databricks Python & PySpark
Strong skills in writing SQL queries and navigate relational databases
Strong skills in Power BI
Comfortable in maintaining and enhance kimball data models
You have previous experience in Azure functions building and working with REST APIs
You have previous experience in building ETL/ELT processes using Informatica PC/IICS Microsoft Integration Services or similar tool(s)
Youarecomfortableworkingin adiversecomplexand fastchanginglandscapeof datasources.
You communicate fluently in English.
Youareproactiveproblemsolverwithinnovativethinkinganda strongteamplayer.
For this assignment you need to be able to work onsite 12 days a week in Lundby Gothenburg
