Associate Partner - Agency Management

Indias Leading Life Insurance seeks a driven and ambitious Associate Partner Agency Management (APM) to join our dynamic Agency Channel team.

In this role you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leading and developing a team of Agency Development Managers (ADMs). You will be responsible for building a strong and productive team while also achieving ambitious revenue targets for Organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching mentoring and performance management to your team of ADMs.
• Foster a collaborative and resultsoriented work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve team performance.
• Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets for your agency network.
• Develop and execute agency recruitment plans to expand your team of life insurance
• advisors.
• Identify and implement strategies to increase product sales and market penetration.
• Oversee the daily operations of your assigned agencies.
• Ensure adherence to company Life Insurances policies and procedures.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to ADMs in managing their agencies.
• Stay uptodate on industry trends and regulations related to life insurance.
• Develop a deep understanding of organization products and services.

Desired Candidates Profile:

• Minimum of 57 years of experience in agency management or a related field in Life Insurance Domain
• Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and building highperforming teams.
• Strong leadership coaching and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
• Indepth knowledge of the life insurance industry and distribution channels
