Indias Leading Life Insurance seeks a driven and ambitious Associate Partner Agency Management (APM) to join our dynamic Agency Channel team.
In this role you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leading and developing a team of Agency Development Managers (ADMs). You will be responsible for building a strong and productive team while also achieving ambitious revenue targets for Organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching mentoring and performance management to your team of ADMs.
- Foster a collaborative and resultsoriented work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve team performance.
- Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets for your agency network.
- Develop and execute agency recruitment plans to expand your team of life insurance
- advisors.
- Identify and implement strategies to increase product sales and market penetration.
- Oversee the daily operations of your assigned agencies.
- Ensure adherence to company Life Insurances policies and procedures.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ADMs in managing their agencies.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and regulations related to life insurance.
- Develop a deep understanding of organization products and services.
Desired Candidates Profile:
- Minimum of 57 years of experience in agency management or a related field in Life Insurance Domain
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and building highperforming teams.
- Strong leadership coaching and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Indepth knowledge of the life insurance industry and distribution channels
