Description:

1.Execute lab/pilot batches for the new product development also perform Raw materials Inprocess and finished product

and nbsp;analysis at each stage during development work. This includes stability samples analysis too.

2.Summarize and interpret the trial results to define new trials or to draw the conclusion.

3.Prepare and dispatch qualification samples this includes samples from the lab or and nbsp;from the pilot plant or from the production equipment.

4.Execute the lab trials pilot trials or trials in production for process optimization or troubleshooting of commercial batch and draw the conclusion

5.Maintain good housekeeping and 5S and amp; Good manufacturing practices in the R and amp; D section

6.Perform the task assigned by the supervisor or management for any other job roles and responsibilities as per business needs.
