Zoho Corporation Europe is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting reviewing and structuring commercial agreements
- Developing and maintaining legal resources that are required for products such as terms of service privacy notices and other disclosures
- Negotiating commercial agreements
- Providing solutionoriented legal advice to teams on regulatory issues and privacy
- Driving compliance with data privacy laws and other regulations
- Supporting the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Law or in a related field is a must
- Preferably understanding of laws and regulations across Europe especially in Germany
- Candidates with years of prior experience in commercial or contract law would be prioritised
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory for this role
