Role Overview:

Customerfacing role to execute the engagement and drive to partner handoff; provides initial face/voice to the customer and brings in specialists as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize tracking tools to manage partner forecasting and monitor partner performance.
  • Handle partner pipeline management identifying new opportunities and ensuring successful and profitable deal closures.
  • Oversee a portfolio of partners focusing on developing their business sellout growth and margin.

Qualifications:

  • Native in German
  • C1 proficiency in English

Requirements:

  • 2 years of sales or account management experience.
  • Previous experience in a Channel environment; familiarity with partners and distributors.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills both verbal and written including effective telephone and presentation abilities.
  • Goaloriented utilizing negotiation teamwork motivation and time management skills to achieve objectives.
  • Demonstrates innovation good judgment and problemsolving abilities in decisionmaking.
  • Capable of establishing and following an individual action plan to meet goals while employing appropriate strategies.
