Associate Field Manager

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for ALL field & operational aspects of PI and Panel studies running in Egypt.
• Working very closely with research team in order to meet client requirements.
• Responsible for providing research team with feasibility checks, sampling suggestions, costs, etc.
• Managing 4-5 field supervisors / field team leaders based across different cities.
• Ensuring that all the required communication with research team is happening promptly and accurately (weekly updates, queries, challenges, etc.…)
• Ensuring that ALL studies are delivered as per the client’s requirements within given timelines & budget.
• Ensuring that ALL field resources are following all rules/processes/steps listed in the Field Manual for both qualitative and quantitative projects (this includes everything from briefing/training, QC procedures (supervisor accompaniments and back checks), adverse events reporting and data entry).
• Responsible for completeness, accuracy and quality of deliverables (data captured) and ensure fieldwork in conducted with integrity.
• Responsible for ongoing training / guidance to field supervisors / field team leaders and also to internal interviewers / recruiters.
• Ensuring that all resources are used as efficiently as possible and fulfilling utilization rates and monthly targets. Making sure to follow the process and SOPs related to PI.
