Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and prioritize features for the healthcare network enablement platform.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare and insurance industry.

Develop a comprehensive product roadmap ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements address concerns and communicate product updates effectively.

Work closely with engineering teams to guide product development ensuring timely delivery of highquality features.

Meet Physicians and other Healthcare stakeholders to understand gaps in existing systems and products

Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of platform features.

Stay informed about industry regulations standards and best practices to ensure compliance and security.

Skill Set (Technical and Soft skills)

Understanding Clinical Workflows and operations.

Ability to craft out a gotomarket strategy for the Product platform. Map strategies to acquire targeted market share of the Product.

Acquainted with Medical terminologies and processes.

Strong requirement elicitation skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Acumen for creating Screen design mock screens wireframes.

Strong attention to details and technicalities.

Excellent analytics organizational and technical skills.

Good interpersonal and multitasking skills.

Expected Educational Qualification and Experience

8 Years in a Product Management role

5 Years in development of Clinic / Physician use clinical platforms

Post graduation: MBA/ MHA

Graduation: Any clinical background will be

preferred (MBBS BDS BAMS BHMS etc.)
