Client is currently seeking a fulltime Associate for their Hunt Valley Maryland office.

Required skills:

• The successful candidate will have a MD license and experience with bench and jury trials in state and federal court defending and taking fact and expert deposition mediating cases and writing and arguing motions.
• The candidate should be selfmotivated a selfstarter an independent thinker with exceptional attention to detail time management organizational and writing/communication skills and with the ability to work as part of a team in a highvolume fast paced work environment.
• Experience with general product liability toxic torts or drug and medical device defense work required.
• Must have a JD degree from an ABAapproved law school and maintain an active license in good standing in Maryland and District of Columbia.
• 57 years of defense experience writing motions taking expert and fact depositions arguing motions and trying cases required.
