Associate Dentist

Work Schedule: Monday Wednesday Friday and every other Saturday

• Parttime & Fulltime available

Salary: Competitive base salary 12.50 per UDA and private income percentage

Our clients dental practice is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join in Benfleet or LeighonSea practice. This role will primarily involve providing dental services to private patients with a smaller percentage of NHS work. The candidate must have an active NHS performer number and be fully compliant with GDC requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and accurately diagnose dental conditions creating detailed treatment plans for patients.
• Deliver a high standard of dental care including restorative treatments extractions root canal treatments and cosmetic dentistry with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain precise and uptodate patient records ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Communicate effectively with patients providing clear explanations of treatment options risks and benefits.
• Collaborate with other dental professionals such as hygienists and dental nurses to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.
• Participate in regular team meetings and attend continuing education courses to stay current with best practices and new technologies.
• Adhere to the practices policies and procedures maintaining high standards of professionalism and clinical excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Dentistry (BDS DDS or DMD)
• Current registration with the General Dental Council (GDC)
• Active NHS performer number
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commitment to providing highquality dental care
• Willingness to continue professional development and stay updated with dental advancements
