- Implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
- Support in managing the relationship with customer to maintain and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage the relationship with government entities such Royal Commission, National Grid and other regulatory authorities associated with JIGPC operations
- Responsible for productivity, cost management of all assets with support from all other functions like plant operations, supply chain, Business Decision Support
- Clear understanding of production data versus customer gas demand to maximize profit and avoid / minimize customer claim or penaltyIdentify and lead teams combining appropriate business, commercial and technical to execute specific account activities
- Act as a focal point for the account engaging JIGPC, JIGPC sponsors and customer executives, and team members on both internal and external account issuesManage the Invoice Settlement Process
