To grow business in the assigned territory & increase the market share of all products across all categories.

Job Description:

Sales & Marketing / Business Development:

• Forecasting sales targets and executing them at a given time.
• Identifying prospective clients generating business from existing accounts and increasing sales growth.
• Carrying out regular feedback analysis competitor position market survey &formulated action plan.

Sales Promotion/ Branding:

• Organizing sales promotional programs & engaging in exhibitions for greater brand visibility.
• Conducting competitor analysis by constantly keeping abreast of market trends.
• Handling sales promotional activities for focused products while ensuring their availability timely distribution etc.
• Channel Sales (Dealers Network)
• Secondary Sales Support
• Market Analysis Potential clients survey.
• Targets Achievement.

Educational Qualification:

• Any Engineer MBA Marketingpreferred.
• 4 to 8 years of experience
• He should have the basic mechanical engineering knowledge.
• You should be aware of the trial process of various products such as files HSS drills and abrasives etc.
• He should have the attitude to handle routine technical complaints.
• No issues in handling operatorlevel people.
• Excellent analytical skills to decipher logical conclusions from the data like Sales Trends competition pricing etc.
