Job Description
jewelry sales associate assists customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry. They provide product information offer advice on styles and trends showcase merchandise and handle transactions. Customer service product knowledge and a friendly demeanor are key aspects of the role.
Requirements
arranging displays of jewellery clocks watches and silverware in the shop. discussing what the customer wants and choosing suitable items. arranging different methods of payment: cash credit and debit cards or by instalments. gift wrapping items purchased.
meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits. demonstrating and presenting products. establishing new business. maintaining accurate records. attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings. reviewing sales performance. negotiating contracts and packages.
