- Managing Melting & Casting activities by effectively communicating with all departments we support will be essential in this role.
- Developing team members through building relationships, training and individual coaching.
- Analyzing data and situations, thinking strategically, negotiating effectively and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Working collaboratively within the team to motivate and inspire an entire operation as part of the Leadership Team in Sayreville NJ

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years leadership/supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Steel Mill experience with a thorough understanding of Melting & Casting operations, scrap, alloy & refractory inventory management, and all associated processes.
- Steel industry leadership experience
- Strong technical background in operations or maintenance
- Four-year technical degree or equivalent experience
