Roles & Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and fixing reported application issues in Production(L and L mainly L)
- Implementing data fixes if required for workarounds
- Analysis of root cause and creating a solution for implementing permanent fix with impact analysis
- Get solutions for permanent fixes review and implement it
- Troubleshooting overall application issues like performance downtime etc using application and INFRA logs
- Work on minor enhancements
Competencies Required
- year s experience in web applications (built on NET) support (L and L mainly L)
- Thorough knowledge of NET core and NET framework
- Thorough knowledge of JSbased frontend frameworks like React and Vue(preferred)
- Thorough knowledge of SQL servers especially queries
- Ability to grasp the data model of the application quickly
- Ability to work independently for application troubleshooting and fixes
- Basic understanding of deployments of web applications (knowledge of how web apps/services are deployed on IIS is required)
- Ability to analyze application logs to diagnose the issues
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either in-house or staffing agency) with technology skillsets such as software development, project management, data analysis and business analysis A good understanding of technology and technical skills Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc) Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
