Job Description
JD for Dotnet L3 Support: Prism HR
- The candidate should be experience in Dotnet with JQuery.
- Should be experience Support side with Dotnet.
- Solid understanding of service level agreements (SLAs) and experience in managing support tickets based on severity levels (P1 P2 etc.).
- Should be experience in developing Database Queries.
- Angular skill is added advantage.
- Willing to work as a Rotational Shift.
