Lithe is seeking a highly skilled Semiconductor Analog/Mixed-Signal Verification Engineer to contribute to our innovative projects from our base in the captivating landscape of Sicily. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your 3-5 years of experience in analog and mixed-signal verification and make a significant impact in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven 5+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal verification in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong proficiency in verification tools, methodologies, and languages (e.g., SystemVerilog, UVM, AMS).
- Extensive experience in developing and executing verification testbenches, creating test cases, and conducting simulations for analog and mixed-signal circuits.
- In-depth understanding of analog and mixed-signal design principles, transistor-level circuits, and verification challenges.
- Familiarity with EDA tools for simulation, verification, and debugging.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality of verification results.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

Benefits

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design, with a proven track record in CMOS and PLL design. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and methodologies, including schematic capture, simulation, layout, and verification. Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics, analog design principles, and circuit simulation techniques. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for design automation is a plus. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
