Draftly helps creators founders and marketers create highperforming LinkedIn content with AI faster and easier. We are growing and now looking for someone who can help us scale and align the right ideas with the right audience.
What will you do
As our gotomarket strategist you will:
- Work directly with the founders to plan and define GTM strategies for product launches feature updates and marketing experiments.
- Help us identify the right audience segments and channels to focus on:
- Coordinate with other team members (content product customer support) to make sure plans are executed smoothly.
- Track the performance of different GTM activities and suggest improvements.
- Support in building positioning messaging and basic sales enablement docs when needed.
This is not a fulltime role. We are looking for someone who can contribute 10 20 hours a week depending on the stage of work.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in gotomarket or growth marketing roles at SaaS companies.
- Comfortable working with small fastmoving teams.
- Good understanding of how SaaS products are launched and marketed.
- Able to write clear messaging and organize GTM plans.
- Can communicate and collaborate well with remote teams.

You've at least 2 years of hands-on experience working as project manager. Bonus if you've worked on building SaaS products/projects. You've excellent knowhow of software systems. You can combine technical and business skills to understand, test , and challenge while working harmoniously with the business and technology owners You are seeking a full-time engagement and are not distracted by freelancing / personal projects.
