PRI is seeking a fulltime Alternate Contract Manager for a possible upcoming longterm government contract located at Tinker AFB.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide fulltime onsite management of the daily operations of the Tinker AFB Supply contract necessary to create and maintain a smooth and continuously functioning operation.
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the PWS.
- Perform ongoing evaluation of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement positive transformation. Participate in Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives meetings seminars teams and training sessions held on base.
- Implement Quality Control Plan to ensure compliance with PWS material management safety and security policies. Participate in investigative and problem solving teams.
- Evaluate personnel performance and address deficiencies to ensure understanding of approach and desired results.
- Implement and enforce contract Safety Plans.
- Recruit for open positions and guide training for new personnel.
- Liaise with key government personnel in the performance of duties to professionally represent PRI stay uptodate with customer operations to best serve clients.
- Project a positive professional image of PRI to our clients through competent informed and responsive support to all aspects of service delivery.
- The position is fulltime onsite during normal duty hours however contingencies requiring work beyond normal duty hours are rare but may occur. There will be an oncall coverage aspect to the position.
Requirements
- SECRET Clearance or the ability to receive and maintain one.
- Experience in resource management schedule management and contract management for federal contracts.
- Experience in logistics program management must exhibit outstanding skills in leadership coordination communication and problemsolving among other vital soft skills.
- Minimum of five years of experience managing supply systems.
- At least one year of experience working in baselevel general supply or equivalent function in a managerial capacity.
- Experience must be current or within the last 12 months.
