AI ML Engineer Data Scientist

Job Summary:

Were seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join our team remotely. In this role youll be instrumental in pushing the boundaries of machine learning innovation. Collaborating closely with toptier researchers software engineers and data scientists youll lead the development and implementation of advanced machine learning models to tackle complex challenges in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Mastery of Large Language Models (LLMs):

• Demonstrate deep proficiency in LLM architectures such as Transformers GPT variants and BERT encompassing attention mechanisms and positional encodings.
• Utilize advanced pretrained models like GPT4 BERT with expertise in optimization techniques like quantization and distillation.
• Showcase a track record of finetuning LLMs for specialized tasks and adapting models to specific industry or domain requirements.
• Exhibit extensive experience in comprehensive training from scratch including complex data handling computational challenges model stability and advanced hyperparameter optimization.

Research and Algorithm Development:

• Drive innovation in designing and implementing machine learning algorithms with a focus on fairness and interpretability.
• Oversee data management ensuring quality compliance and implementing advanced data preprocessing techniques.

Model Implementation and Validation:

• Develop scalable and efficient machine learning models using advanced frameworks.
• Implement rigorous validation processes to maintain model integrity.
• Lead model optimization efforts for enhanced computational efficiency and accuracy collaborating with infrastructure teams for largescale model deployment.

Deployment:

• Translate research algorithms into productionlevel code ensuring seamless integration into Qx Lab AIs platforms.
• Collaborate with DevOps for cloudbased deployment prioritizing maintainability and robustness.

Performance Monitoring and Maintenance:

• Create tools for continuous model performance monitoring.
• Proactively address performance issues and update models based on metrics and new data.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Engage with various teams and stakeholders to integrate machine learning solutions into broader operations.
• Clearly communicate complex machine learning concepts to diverse audiences.

Continued Learning and Mentorship:

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in machine learning and related fields.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering Statistics or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in machine learning or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python C or similar languages.
• Extensive experience with TensorFlow PyTorch or similar frameworks.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles.
• Demonstrated expertise in LLMs.
• Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS Azure GCP etc.).
• Strong grasp of software engineering best practices.
• Exceptional problemsolving skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

• Masters Degree or PhD in a related field.
• Experience in NLP or computer vision.
• Published research in machine learning AI or specifically LLMs.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
