MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver exceptional hightouch client services with personalized product recommendations.
  • Meet individual daily and weekly sales goals and KPI targets through the use of brand knowledge and performance of the companys Service Ritual with every client.
  • Promote and maintain the brand image and personify the companys Service Mission and Values.
  • Build longterm client relationships using the Client Registry special events and daily focus on services and customized product recommendations.
  • Participate in the companys education workshops and coaching to gain knowledge of the unique brand history and story of the companys products.
  • Participate in appropriate treatment/protocol education to build and maintain elevated knowledge and skills.
  • Use brand knowledge and the Service Ritual as a competitive advantage with clients.
  • Maintain high levels of hygiene for the facial cabine and facial products.
KEY ACTIONS
  • Provide facial and body treatment services to enhance a client s personal appearance and overall wellness.
  • Achieve individual daily and weekly sales goals.
  • Book appointments and follow up after appointments.
  • Build sales through personalized regimen recommendations based on client lifestyle.
  • Consistently deliver services and treatment using the most current and thorough product knowledge and treatment protocols to achieve the highest possible level of service to our clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Sales and Client Service
  • Build sales to meet goals/KPI targets through inperson and virtual personalized client experiences leveraging private and public platforms
  • Demonstrate the Language of the company through product knowledge and selling skills including impeccable service Skincare Artistry Mixology and customized demonstrations following the companys Service Ritual
  • Conduct personalized consultations (inperson and virtually) using Purposeful Questioning Positivity and Visualization as key differentiators for the brand supported with the companys tool
  • Listen to and understand client feedback on products service and promotions providing feedback to Retail Manager Counter Manager and/or Area Commercial Executive (ACE)
  • Manage client communications sampling and other client services according to the companys protocols
  • Handle client returns/concerns professionally leveraging as opportunities to build relationships
  • Follow treatment protocols and proprietary techniques as taught to ensure consistent elevated consumer experiences.
  • Offer feedback and suggestions on how to provide personalized/customized Service Ritual consultations unique to the cabine experience and/or each client s lifestyle and needs using Purposeful Questioning Positivity and Visualization as a key differentiator for the brand.
Store Operations Inventory Launch Promotions and Event
  • Maintain a luxurious inviting shopping environment with all visual merchandising executed to brand standards
  • Understand and monitor stock levels including assisting with set up for launch promotions or events
  • Assist in all aspects of events including set up and booking of clients
Client Registry
  • Develop and manage client relationships using the client registry to offer personalized service and build long term relationships adding clients to the system and updating information on every visit
  • Use appropriate followup procedures contacting clients via preferred contact method personalizing all communication
Grooming Expectations and Uniform Guidelines
  • Ensure personal appearance is polished professional and projects confidence poise and skin care authority.
  • Consistently adhere to the grooming expectations and uniform guidelines and reflect the inherent luxury of the brand
  • Behave as a brand ambassador and maintain a pleasant calm and composed disposition


Requirements

  • A certified aesthetician
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills and serviceorientation
  • Presence and demeanor: enthusiastic mature articulate and wellgroomed.
  • Digital or techsavvy skills are required
