- Supervise a team of technical specialists
- Lead the design and implementation of targeted SBCC campaigns to address social norms that have traditionally limited access to essential services for survivors of domestic violence
- Build and manage successful working relationships with CSOs in the service provision space
- Work with CSOs to conduct capacity assessments and co-design plans to improve capacity to deliver tailored services for survivors of domestic violence
- Oversee refurbishment redesign of shelters and safe spaces with survivor needs at the center
- Strengthen institutional ties between shelters and safe spaces to sectors providing other essential services legal medical etc
