As an Advertising Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize advertising revenue. You will lead a team of sales professionals fostering a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve advertising revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Lead a sales team including hiring training and performance evaluation.
- Understand the evolving media landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create advertising packages.
- Monitor competition market trends and industry best practices.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
