Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Executive Administration Assistant to the CEO to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our CEO and the HR team, managing confidential information, and working collaboratively to ensure the smooth operation of our organization.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEOs calendar, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Manage and maintain confidential files and records, including financial documents and contracts.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and responding to requests.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other communications on behalf of the CEO and executive team.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, and partners.
  • Handle general office tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in an executive or administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
