Drafting process manuals and update SLAs.

Updates Business requirement documents.

Full responsibility for maintenance of customer's data on systems.

Manage vendors’ contracts and 3rd Parties agreements.

Monitoring discrepant and not received customer's documentation.

Being part of any loans UAT testing/projects and ensure that all test plans are covered. Ensure also to have a wide overlook on the projects plans and highlight any operational gaps & unforeseen challenges.
