Who You Are

• Have a master’s degree in business management, Supply Chain, Finance, Math, Information Systems, or related fields
• 10+ years of business experience in two or more of the following disciplines (Product management, Program Management, Demand Planning, S&OP, Integrated Business Planning, and/or Financial Planning & Analysis)
• 3+ years of experience leading Large Scale Cross Functional Programs & driving key initiatives
• Excel at communication & collaborating with different teams, to ensure a cohesive approach to business transformation and effectively bridge the gap between business leaders and technology experts by translating complex concepts into understandable terms
• Have hands on experience developing and delivering strategy, process design, business capabilities, enabling technologies and enabling governance models
• Able to act as liaison conveying strategy, business requirements, and information needs of the business to IT teams and cross functional stakeholders
• Adaptable, creative and have a problem-solving approach when it comes to innovate new business processes or modernize existing ones
• Can break complex solutions into executable tasks & drive for completion
• Advance proficiency in MS Excel, or similar spreadsheet platforms preferred
• Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities
• The ability to assimilate and correlate abstract concepts, disconnected programs, and changes in the business environment to articulate their collective relevance to the organization and to high-priority business issues
