Quality and Release Engineering Lead

Who You'll Work With

You will be part of a team dedicated to driving Engineering Productivity by establishing standards and governance processes to help uplift the velocity, security, and trust for the products Cisco IT own. You will be working with multidisciplinary SME’s and thought leaders across the Software Engineering technology stacks such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP etc. and the process spectrum. Who You Are

Minimum Requirements:

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or a relevant experience.
• 8+ years of QA development experience.
• Experience creating and maintenance of automated testware using the best of breed proprietary Automation tools.
• Collaborate with functional QA, Development and Product Management on automation requirements for new and enhanced product functionality.
• Diagnose test failures to report bugs and improvements to Development.

Preferred Requirements:

• Take ownership to create a healthy pipeline of EPICS and features and drive them for service improvement.
• Participate to ensure build pipelines are operating efficiently across IT.
