Job Description
Position: Accounts Assistant (Accounts Payable) Fulltime
Location: Dun Laoghaire
Inputting of creditors invoices
Cross Checking pricing and purchase orders against invoices received
Reconciling of creditors accounts
Preparing monthly creditors listing and payments for end of month
Assistance with preparation of VAT returns
Assistance in the preparation of books and files for audit
Posting of Accruals &
Posting of Accruals &
Any ad hoc duties that may ;
Carry out accruals reviews at month end to ensure the accuracy of the management accounts
Ad-hoc finance projects and to perform other related duties as assigned
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Previous experience in a similar role
High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain financial standards
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient with general office PC applications
Ability to multitask and prioritise
