Job Description
The WorkWave Team is seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Finance Executive to join our dynamic finance team composed of professionals committed to achieving our companys financial goals and business objectives.
- Own and support billing operations ensuring accuracy timeliness and proper customer communication.
- Assist with collections efforts including following up with customers managing escalations and maintaining records of communication.
- Manage and update customer account data track open receivables and help resolve disputes or discrepancies as they arise.
- Support the ongoing maintenance of financerelated systems tools or integrations (e.g. billing platforms payment portals).
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success Sales and Accounting teams to improve quotetocash workflows.
- Regularly engage with customers via phone to follow up on outstanding balances clarify billing questions and ensure timely resolution of payment issues in a professional and customerfriendly manner.
- Assist in various ad hoc projects process improvements and operational initiatives.
- Position will require working during North American shift hours specifically from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in finance operations billing collections or related roles.
- Strong attention to detail followthrough and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with financial systems and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Clear and professional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
