TPF Recruitment is supporting a fantastic firm of chartered accountants in Tunbridge Wells in their search for an Accountancy Practice Director or Partner. This multisited and highly regarded firm of accountants is looking for a general practice Director to join their team overseeing a portfolio of clients and a small team of staff.
The practice is wellestablished and holds a strong presence in the Tunbridge Wells area. Clients range from startups through to significantly sized groups across a range of industries.
You will be given lots of autonomy to run the office as you wish and there are excellent career prospects on offer too.
Requirements
- A highly motivated selfstarter with plenty of initiative.
- Good people skills and a friendly and helpful approach to clients.
- Experience managing all aspects of a portfolio of clients.
- At least 5 years of recent practice experience within a firm of accountants.
- You must be ACCA or ACA qualified.
- An indepth working knowledge of accountancy software packages such as: Sage QuickBooks Xero etc.
