Rationalz is expanding its Recruitment and Staffing vertical and looking out for an experienced Account Manager who will lead business development initiatives to generate and engage with customers to build a new business (Staffing & Recruitment) for the company across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills and must have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Identify partnership/Vendor opportunities involving
• Hiring/Recruitment of IT Talent and establishing new customer base for the company across the APAC region
• Nurture new relationships to grow business and help the company expand
• Build and maintain a trusted relationship with existing customers
• Participate in strategic discussions and initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 3 10 years prior IT staffing/hiring industryrelated business development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have successful track record of meeting yearly sales numbers
• Must have strong existing or potential network for onboarding new customers.
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales/business development strategies
