Job Description

As the primary driver of business development the Account Executive assumes a hunting role focused on identifying lucrative opportunities and cultivating robust customer relationships. With direct responsibility for guiding clients through the entire sales cycle this role entails both expanding and preserving the customer base.

What do you need to succeed
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration Sales or Marketing (or equivalent work experience)
  • 25 years of Business Development experience
  • CSuite selling and negotiation skills
  • 1 years of industry and vertical knowledge.
  • Market research sales and negotiation expertise
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
  • Excellent communication presentation and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • High business acumen
  • Enthusiastic passionate with a hunter mentality
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and to attend trade shows and networking events

  • Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into longterm partnerships
  • Present products to prospective clients
  • Provide professional aftersales support to maximize customer loyalty
  • Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer s satisfaction and to maintain the company s reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Work with both Business Development and Lead Generation to target accounts for prospecting
  • Work with and instruct their designated BDR to get the most out of the BDR/AE Relationship
